01 General Terms & Conditions

12 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between ct99 and a user, please contact our customer support team first. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours. If the matter cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate it to the relevant department at ct99.

In all dispute resolutions, ct99's decision is considered final unless overturned by a competent court. These terms and conditions are governed by applicable international law.
